ATTESTATION D' APTITUDE
 |
We are licensed to issue the "Attestation d'Aptitude" to the owners of 1st and 2nd category dogs, document required by French law for the obtention of a "Permis de Détention".
|

|
Licenced in the departments Aisne ( 02 ), Oise ( 60 ) and Marne ( 51 ).
|
|
|
The "Attestation d'Aptitude" will be delivered to any person having followed the course with interest.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
The official duration of the course is 7 hours to be given on one single day : 9h00 - 17h00.
|
|
|
Group classes, in French, of maximum 6 persons in Dommiers or private courses in English
|
|
|
Group classes are given with my dogs only, avoiding to put your dog at risk !
|
|

3 months in prison and a 3750 € penalty,
|
|
|
Confiscation of the dog and it being destroyed within 48 h.

The new documents required for the Permis de Détention required for all owners of 1st and 2nd category dogs :

Evaluation comportementale of the animal, to be delivered by a veterinary (Code rural : article L. 211-14-1)
|
|
|
Attestation d'Aptitude of the owner (Code rural : article L. 211-13-1) by a person licenced by the préfecture.
